About The Position

Atrium Health Levine Children's is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join Atrium Health Levine Children's Union Pediatrics location in Monroe, NC! Atrium Health Levine Children's Union Pediatrics provides care for the rapidly growing community in Monroe, NC. Our practice is located in Union County in the Southern Piedmont of North Carolina. We are conveniently located in the Charlotte region, nicely between Center City and South Charlotte. All our pediatricians are board certified and offer complete pediatric medicine for children from newborn to 18 years old.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician
• Ability to provide complete pediatric medicine for children from newborn to 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Join Physician and Nurse Practitioner in a well-established and busy clinic
• Manage a patient base that is a mix of private and Medicaid patients (80% managed care)
• Work a 5 Day Work Week with office hours Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Participate in weekend, weekday, and holiday call rotation with 9 other providers
• See an average of 22-24 patients daily
• Provide strictly outpatient care with no hospital or nursery rounds required
