Renown provides all services and specialty support you need, including our newly remodeled and expanding clinical offices on campus, as well as all the support staff needed to expand our services. Our Pediatric Urologist has grown the program to a point that demands a skilled and experienced fellowship trained pediatric urologist to join her and the programs APPs. The candidate will be expected to support the Renown acute care urology ER call panel 1-2 times a month covering both pediatric and adult urological emergencies. The goal will be to grow the program to develop a separate call panel for pediatrics RE call panel alone. Renown Children's Hospital is the only children's hospital in Northern Nevada. We recently completed an expansion in 2023 to include a state-of-the-art NICU, PICU and pediatric ward providing care to children in northern Nevada. Renown Health and the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med) are affiliate partners in Nevada's first integrated academic health system. The Pediatric Urology candidate will participate as joint faculty at UNR Med for teaching, lectures, supervising clinical rotations, clinical research and other academic activities for the education of medical and physician assistant students, residents, and fellows.
