In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the Pediatric Transport ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' The Pediatric Transport Registered Nurse (RN) serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
