At Memorial Health University Medical Center, we are seeking a Registered Nurse Pediatric ICU Transport to join our healthcare family. The Pediatric ICU Transport Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the Pediatric Transport ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' The Pediatric Transport Registered Nurse (RN) serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

  • Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other members of the care team.

  • Serve as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers.
  • Model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values.
  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
  • Must have PICU experience.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
