We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multi-disciplinary team and help us Reveal the Super in Every Child! Saline is an updated community clinic with communal play areas including a pretend grocery store, movie theater, and library! The clinic has multiple therapy gyms and individual therapy rooms. The Saline clinic providers work closely with one another and embody our value of child-led play. AND our virtual therapists use a dedicated platform with an abundance of games and activities designed for teletherapy. About MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy For over 20 years, MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy has been a leader in providing integrated pediatric therapy services throughout Southeast Michigan. Our mission is to deliver evidence-based, intensive, multidisciplinary, and collaborative pediatric therapy that empowers children and their families to achieve their fullest potential. Our neighborhood therapy centers make it easy for families to access a comprehensive approach to therapy, offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy and Mental Health services in one center. Through play, acceptance, and joy, we embrace the complexities of each child, striving to create functional outcomes that enhance their quality of life. Schedule Monday–Friday (or four 10-hour days) Flexible start and end times 2 days at home, 3 days in clinic No nights or weekends Option to have reduced FTE for 30 hours work week 10+ hours of documentation time each week

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility) AND/OR State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs.
  • Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.
