About The Position

The Speech-Language Pathologist plans, conducts and evaluates the treatment program for individuals with disorders in the comprehension and production of speech and language, as set forth by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Under the direction of the attending physician, the Speech-Language Pathologist provides assessment and treatment of cognitive and swallowing disorders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Knowledge of speech and language disorders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a pediatric outpatient setting
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices
• Bilingual skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct treatment programs for speech and language disorders
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary
• Provide assessment and treatment for cognitive and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
