About The Position
Join our compassionate and energetic Speech Pathology team, where every session brings smiles, progress, and connection. Reporting to the Speech Pathology Supervisor, you'll provide engaging, pediatric-based speech, language, feeding, and swallowing evaluations and treatments for children ages 0-18. You'll work closely with families to help little voices grow stronger and more confident, one word at a time. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology (required).
- 2-3 years of pediatric experience strongly preferred-especially with feeding/swallowing or autism.
- Current MA Speech Therapy License and CCC from ASHA required.
- BLS certification (can be obtained within 4 months of hire).
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient speech, language, feeding, and swallowing services for children with developmental, neurological, or medically based communication needs.
- Partner with families and caregivers to create personalized, playful, and effective therapy plans.
- Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary pediatric team that celebrates every small success.
