We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant! Job Description and Expectations As a member of our Speech Therapy team, you will: Provide a wide range of interventions as outlined in the individualized plan of care determined by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). Conduct individual or group treatment sessions of speech/language and oral motor development, consult with other staff and the child's caregivers. Complete documentation to support the delivery of Speech Therapy services. Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record. Adhere to ethical and legal standards. Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge.
Requirements
- Current State of Texas License to practice Speech Therapy (SLPA)
- At least one year of experience with pediatric populations
