About The Position

Little Therapies, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is focused on making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, particularly those with autism. As part of our mission-driven work, you will empower families through life-changing therapy while working in a collaborative environment with skilled OTs, SLPs, and support staff.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Oklahoma SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve communication, social skills, and functional independence.
• Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
