We Offer a Competitive Pay and Benefits Package, Including: PTO and sick time (for eligible positions) 401(k) with employer match Flexible scheduling Paid state licensure Continuing education investment Supportive, collaborative team culture Mileage reimbursement Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities: Conduct developmental and speech-language evaluations for infants and toddlers in home and community settings Identify delays in expressive language, receptive language, articulation/phonology, social communication, feeding, and overall communication development Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans Provide hands-on B-3 early intervention services within natural environments Coach families and caregivers to support communication development using everyday routines Recommend adaptive strategies, AAC supports, and feeding interventions as appropriate Collaborate with service coordinators and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IFSP meetings and progress reviews Maintain thorough and accurate documentation Service Areas: Marinette County – Primary caseload Oconto County – Approx. 4–6 consistent hours per week This role is perfect for an SLP who loves variety, independence, and the deeply rewarding nature of early intervention. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

  • Conduct developmental and speech-language evaluations for infants and toddlers in home and community settings
  • Identify delays in expressive language, receptive language, articulation/phonology, social communication, feeding, and overall communication development
