Work From Home Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544 Position is fully remote. Franciscan Health provides equipment. Worker must be agreeable to Franciscan Health Flexible Work Agreement. Worker has OMT-Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist. Flexible availability: including days, evenings, and weekends Minimum of 12 visits/month required. - Master's Degree
- Speech Pathologist (SPE)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)
