About The Position

After-School Caseloads Available! Make a meaningful difference in children’s lives—without giving up your daytime schedule. We’re seeking a passionate Pediatric SLP to provide in-home therapy during after-school hours, supporting children as they build communication, language, and feeding skills in the environments where they live and learn. These are established, after-school caseloads ready to go, making it easy to step in and start making an impact right away. Two Established Caseloads Available: South Dallas Duncanville / Lancaster / DeSoto / Red Oak

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program required
• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure) required
• A genuine passion for helping children and families reach their communication goals is essential

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s speech, language, social communication, and feeding needs
• Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting strong skill carryover across everyday routines
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful, functional outcomes
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, family-centered care
