As a home health pediatric SLP, you will help children build essential communication, language, and feeding skills that support confidence and connection. You will partner with families and caregivers to create customized therapy plans that bring learning to life in everyday settings. Requirements
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, articulation, voice, and feeding disorders
- Coach and empower caregivers to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines
- Incorporate play-based and functional interventions that engage and motivate children
- Track progress through efficient, user-friendly digital documentation
