About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician at Ivy Rehab, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Responsibilities

  • Work with children from birth to age twenty-one
  • Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet children’s needs
  • Facilitate parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life
  • Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes
  • Spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan
  • Become certified clinical instructors and mentor students (for experienced teammates)
