About The Position
As an outpatient pediatric clinician at Ivy Rehab, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
Responsibilities
- Work with children from birth to age twenty-one
- Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet children’s needs
- Facilitate parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life
- Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes
- Spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan
- Become certified clinical instructors and mentor students (for experienced teammates)
