About The Position

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized, in-home pediatric therapy in Carrizo Springs. You will support children with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and communication needs—helping them grow in confidence and capability.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred; strong new graduates with a passion for early intervention are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits in and around the Carrizo Springs area.
• Passionate about helping children grow and succeed in their natural environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans based on each child's unique needs.
• Deliver engaging and evidence-based speech therapy in the home setting.
• Educate families on communication strategies and support techniques.
• Track and report progress with clear, consistent documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
