About The Position

Places You’ll Go Therapy (PYG) is a therapist-led pediatric home health company founded with a vision to provide high-quality, compassionate therapy services in the home setting, primarily serving pediatric clients ages 3–17 throughout Arizona. The leadership team prioritizes support, collaboration, and sustainable caseloads to help clinicians build rewarding careers and make a meaningful impact. The company is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home health services as a 1099 independent contractor. In this role, the SLP will evaluate children, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide engaging therapy to help children improve communication, speech, language, and feeding skills. This position offers flexibility, clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with pediatric clients and their families.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Article 9 Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently in a home health setting
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals
  • Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions in the home setting
  • Address areas such as articulation, phonology, expressive/receptive language, pragmatic language, fluency, AAC, and feeding (as applicable)
  • Educate caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home
  • Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Supervise and support SLPAs in accordance with state regulations (if applicable)
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies
