Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas, or actively in process towards obtaining one.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Responsibilities

• Create, Review and update individualized patient care plans addressing specific speech and language needs.
• Deliver Speech Therapy services and activities for patients with speech and language disorders.
• Create and maintain patient records and clinical notes in a timely manner.
• Attend and participate in case conferences with local teams monthly, and actively participate in staff development opportunities.
• Communicate between agency, clients and your Area Support Manager to ensure well-coordinated approach to patient care.
