About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in respective state.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized one-to-one treatment for pediatric patients aged birth to 21 years.
  • Involve parents and caregivers in therapy sessions to empower them to implement skills and home exercises.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
  • Utilize cutting-edge resources and mentorship for professional development.
