About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within Pennsylvania.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services to children from birth to age twenty-one.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
  • Encourage parental and caregiver involvement in therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain a reasonable caseload to focus on individualized treatment.
  • Participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
