A LEADERSHIP ROLE WITH PURPOSE Mentorship at the Core You’ll play an active role in supporting and guiding therapists at various stages of their careers—offering coaching, feedback, and encouragement that fosters both clinical and professional growth. Supportive Leadership Development This position is intentionally designed to help you grow as a leader. You’ll gain experience supervising, mentoring, and contributing to team direction in a collaborative, supportive environment. Balanced Clinical & Leadership Focus 3-4 days onsite: Patient care, evaluations, and in-person team support 1-2 days remote: Telehealth, mentorship, documentation, and strategic collaboration Influence Through Collaboration Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to strengthen care quality, share knowledge, and create a culture rooted in learning and support.
