Role Overview: Evaluate and treat Arbor Therapy clients via Home-Health setting, managing the caseload's treatment plan and adjusting client Plan of Care, as needed Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomes Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and development Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner Supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), providing appropriate indirect and direct supervision requirements

Requirements

  • Master's degree in speech-language pathology or equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • Active speech-language pathologist license through Arizona Department of Health Services
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • At least 2 years of professional experience (Clinical experience with clients between the ages of 0 and 30 years is highly preferred.)
  • Ability to treat clients in the specified city/town/zip-codes listed
  • Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Experience with AAC is a plus!
  • Bilingualism is a plus!

Responsibilities
