About The Position

Little Therapies, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• Oklahoma SLP (temp or full) license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve communication, social skills, and functional independence.
• Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
