About the Role As a Social Worker (LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW) at Blue Bird Day , you will provide neurodiversity-affirming care to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs . You'll foster each child's social skills, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and coping skills through:
Responsibilities
- Providing individualized and group therapy
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical and speech therapists
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
