About The Position
This is your calling for Pediatric Home Care! Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Meet Our Clients: We currently have open shifts caring for pediatric clients in the Buckeye and Goodyear area. What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits? Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s) Hands-on care with only one client per day Building client relationships and watching their milestones What your day looks like at BAYADA: Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions Document observations, interventions, and evaluations Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
- One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
Nice To Haves
- Trach experience preferred, but not required
