About The Position

Pediatric Private Duty Nurse – RN / LPN (Per Diem) Affirmed Home Care – New Jersey | One-on-One Pediatric Nursing Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide dedicated one-on-one private duty nursing for pediatric patients in their homes. This opportunity is perfect for nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional, individualized care while building meaningful relationships with children and their families. We currently have immediate openings in Newton, NJ and surrounding Sussex County areas , as well as a specific overnight case in Boonton, NJ . Featured Case: Overnight shifts from 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM caring for a 3-year-old pediatric client in Boonton, NJ. This case requires experience with respiratory management and GJT feedings throughout the night. Requirements

Active New Jersey RN or LPN license
1+ year of pediatric nursing experience (home care, hospital, or acute care preferred)
1+ year of pediatric respiratory management and GJT feedings
Current BLS certification
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the last 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
Proof of MMR within 10 years
Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
