About The Position
2yr old Male G-tube/Trach/Vent Case in Rogers Park, Chicago, IL, 60626. Nursing needs includes medication administration and management of G tube feedings. The family resides in Rogers Park. There is no pet in the house. This is a G-tube, Trach and Vent case. Family prefers Wednesdays and Saturdays (7am - 7pm). . Requirements
- At least 1 year Nursing experience (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- LPN/RN License (Required)
- Mandatory Reporter (Required)
