About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is expanding its Pediatric Division and is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The role involves providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes. As a Pediatric RN/LPN, you will deliver personalized care and build meaningful relationships with children and their families. The company emphasizes providing a supportive environment with all necessary resources for exceptional care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric experience
• Active NJ RN or LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical within the last 12 months
• PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X‑ray within 5 years
• Proof of MMR & flu vaccination (or exemption)

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Home care or acute care experience (preferred for pediatric experience)
