About The Position

Rehab Resources is seeking a Rehab Office Coordinator to join our pediatric outpatient team in West Bend. This position plays a key role in supporting daily clinic operations, ensuring families receive timely care, and helping therapists focus on what they do best.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of medical/healthcare experience and insurance verification experience highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and desire to make a meaningful difference in pediatric care

Nice To Haves

• Experience with insurance verification and authorization processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete insurance verifications and authorizations for therapy services
• Serve as the first point of contact for families, teachers, and staff
• Greet patients, manage check-in and check-out, and answer phones during morning clinic hours
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and record maintenance
• Support therapists with administrative and light operational tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
