Requirements

  • Current license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner from the state of Indiana
  • Graduation from a CoARC accredited respiratory care program
  • Pass the N.B.R.C. registry exam within 6 months of hire date
  • Healthcare Provider Certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential patient information
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with EMR

Nice To Haves

  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • NRP certification

Responsibilities

  • Participate in bedside rounds & be a patient advocate
  • Evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
  • Collaborate with nurses, Advanced Respiratory Therapists, and Clinical Specialists to ensure total customer happiness and support
