You’ll collaborate closely with families to deliver care that is both clinically sound and emotionally supportive.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in New York State (required)
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome
  • BLS and PALS certifications (preferred)
  • Familiarity with pediatric home care technology is a plus
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and empathy
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Must be able to commute to assigned home care cases in Westchester

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to pediatric clients
  • Administer medications, monitor vitals, and manage medical equipment (e.g., G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators)
  • Identify changes in condition and respond appropriately
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers
  • Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
  • Support families through education and empowerment
