Experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care
About The Position
NurseCore is looking for experienced Pediatric RNs to bring their skills into the home. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care for pediatric patients in a home environment. SORRY, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW GRADS AT THIS TIME. Provide compassionate in-home care for children with chronic or complex health needs. Assist with G-tubes, and, depending on the case, tracheostomies and/or ventilator care. Deliver nursing care tailored to each child’s individualized plan. Collaborate with families and the care team to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality pediatric care.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Nevada.
- Minimum one year post-grad clinical experience.
- Experience with pediatric G-tube care; ventilators or trachs a plus.
- Current hands-on CPR certification
- Negative TB test within the past year.
