Job Summary: Seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Behavioral Therapist with RBT certification to join our team. Focus on providing high-quality, comprehensive treatment to children ages 2-5 with autism and related disorders. Requirements
- RBT certification with experience in child development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to engage in floor play and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of ABA and child psychology preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement customized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
- Monitor the child's progress through data collection.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions for skill improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members for holistic care.
- Maintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical standards.
- Achieve specified productivity and billable hours targets of 36.25 - 37.50 hours per week.
- Communicate with parents regarding progress under the supervision of BCBA
- Track progress on goals and participate in planning meetings.
