About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical coordination within our behavioral health units, delivering quality, compassionate care for child (ages 5-17), adult, geriatric and forensic patients. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN) Required, BSN Preferred.
Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact state as applicable) Required.
BLS (CPR) — Required upon hire.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program — Required.
Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills.
Calm, compassionate, and focused under pressure.
Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

BSN Preferred
CPI or Handle With Care – Preferred.
ACLS — Preferred.
CRRN — Preferred.
6+ months Med/Surg experience - Preferred.
Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience - Preferred.
Understanding of Trauma –informed care (Preferred).
