Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina or a Multi-State license.
- Current CPR certification.
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature.
- A dedication to integrity, kindness, and respect.
- A desire to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
