About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one clinical care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pediatric seizure management.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Seizure Management: Monitoring and intervention for epilepsy; proven pediatric seizure experience is required.
- G-Tube Care: Administration of scheduled feedings and medications via Gastrostomy tube.
- Ostomy Care: Routine management and maintenance of an ostomy bag.
- Assessment: Continuous monitoring of respiratory and neurological status
Nice To Haves
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
