Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN)

We are currently looking for compassionate nurses to help take care of a sweet, loving female pediatric patient whom requires a trach & vent in the Ypsilanti area. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
- Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
- Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
- Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team
