About The Position

Traditional Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Pediatric Private Duty Nurses (LPNs and RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to children in the comfort and safety of their homes and schools. Requirements

• Active PA LPN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for helping children thrive

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience a plus (but not required — we train!)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one care to pediatric patients
• Follow and document the patient’s plan of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
• Educate and support families in caring for their child
• Provide Trach and Vent needs
