About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Pediatric Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. Requirements

  • Active New York State medical license.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to Pediatric Primary Care Outpatient Clinics.
  • Education of pediatric residents and endocrine fellows.
  • Mentor junior members of the medical team.
  • Inpatient rounds and consults of the pediatric inpatient units as needed.

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $236,000 (board eligible); $241,000 (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.
  • Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
  • Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
  • Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

  • Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
