AdventHealth for Children, a nationally recognized pediatric hospital nestled in the heart of Central Florida, is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our expanding Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastics Division in Fall 2026. This is a rare and dynamic opportunity to be part of a growing academic and clinical program anchored within a leading children’s hospital and backed by a robust quaternary care system. The selected surgeon will play a key leadership role in expanding a high-acuity, high-volume practice, with a focus on: Craniofacial and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery (including cleft lip/palate and craniosynostosis) General Pediatric Plastic Surgery Pediatric Microsurgery and Nerve Reconstruction Advanced Adult Reconstructive and Aesthetic Procedures (based on interest and training) You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of dedicated pediatric subspecialists and surgical colleagues in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment that values teamwork, research, and surgical excellence.
