About The Position
Growing in Multiple Pediatric Positions Children's Nebraska, in affiliation with the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, is recruiting for multiple pediatric positions due to our significant growth. This affiliation aligns the two organizations in a way that allows a shared vision for the future of pediatric health care and ensures children have access to world-class clinical care, treatments influenced by cutting-edge research and a future generation of well-education and highly trained medical professionals. Children's Nebraska is a 225-bed nonprofit organization caring for children since 1948. Founded by the community for the community, Children's is the only full-service, pediatric specialty health center in Nebraska, providing expertise in more than 50 pediatric specialty services to children across a five-state region and beyond. As the region's pediatric healthcare leader, we're dedicated to exceptional care, advocacy, research and education. Our state-of-the-art Hubbard Center for Children is home to Nebraska's only Level IV regional Newborn Intensive Care Unit, Fetal Care Center, the state's first and only Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and the first-in-the-region Cardiac Care Unit. The Child Health Research Institute, an innovative partnership between UNMC and Children's Nebraska, was established in 2017 and aims to assist investigators with start-up funding and infrastructure for clinical, basic science or translational research.
