The Position: We are adding a PT to our passionate and talented team in Chicago. This position is available for part-time beginning immediately! If desired, this position could grow to full-time. This caseload consists of primarily private pay and private insurance clients. This is an ideal opportunity to join a practice with over 20 years of history delivering critical, play-based therapy to clients. You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session. Requirements

DPT in Physical Therapy, or equivalent from an accredited college or university
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy
Pediatric Physical Therapy experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity

Responsibilities

Provide both individual and group therapy services for clients
Complete all required documentation for clients
Collaborate with Clubhouse colleagues to discuss progress and recommendations for clients
Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results
Provide family education and training
Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and LCSWs to help clients reach their goals
