About The Position

As a home health pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), you will help children build strength, balance, coordination, and mobility, enabling them to safely and confidently explore their world. You will guide children and families toward greater independence in their most important environments, from reaching developmental milestones to participating in play and community activities. Requirements

Active Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care
