Requirements

Master's degree in physical therapy (Required)
Current Physical Therapy California state license (Required)
Pediatric experience in working with a variety of disorders (Required)
Must maintain valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California
Successfully pass all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, TB test, drug screening and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certified (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Foster a friendly, safe, and inclusive therapy environment
Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting and/or within our center-based Early Intervention program
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
Manages a diverse caseload, which may include early intervention, habilitative, and rehabilitative services for children ages 0–18 with a wide range of diagnoses
Adheres to organizational policies and procedures to ensure consistent, ethical, and effective service delivery
Participates in ongoing professional development, including required in-service trainings and team meetings
