Requirements

  • Active physical therapy license via the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy
  • Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or ability to obtain clearance
  • Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities
  • Passion for professional growth and continuing education
  • Positive, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingualism is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments to determine therapy needs and treatment goals
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services to injured, ill, or disabled clients to improve mobility, strength, and ability to perform daily activities
  • Oversee treatment provided by Physical Therapy Assistants when applicable
  • Maintain a full-time caseload of 32+ clients while delivering high-quality, client-centered care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress toward goals in accordance with submission deadlines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and communicate client progress with caregivers and relevant care partners
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies while supporting clinic operations
