About The Position

Wolfson Children's Hospital is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehab Team. This is a Part-Time position located at Wolfson Children's South Rehab Clinic in the Mandarin area. As a Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for: Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment for patients. Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Oversee students and Rehab Technicians as needed. Participates in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities. Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines. Participates in mandatory education and licensure requirements. Develop skills needed to evaluate and prescribe custom pediatric wheelchairs and equipment. Requirements

• Active BLS from the American Heart Association and licensure from the FL Department of Health required
• Bachelor's Degree
• Licensed Physical Therapist Required

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree
• 1 or more years of outpatient pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
• Experience in Neuro
• Orthopedics
