About The Position

Child’sPlay Therapy Center, part of the Cicero Therapies Family of Practices, is currently seeking a part-time experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in our clinic in Hoover, Alabama. Requirements

  • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy
  • DPT in Physical Therapy, or equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • Pediatric physical therapy experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy services for clients
  • Complete all required documentation for clients
  • Collaborate with Child'sPlay colleagues and school team to discuss progress and recommendations for clients
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education coordinators, and other services providers to help clients reach their goals
  • Attend IEP meetings to advocate for the clients school based services
  • Participate in our mentorship network as either mentee or mentor
