We are currently seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve children ages birth to three in Johnson Creek and Dodge County This flexible, part-full time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact during a child’s most critical developmental years. Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
  • Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric and/or Birth to 3 experience preferred
  • Strong communication and family-coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for supporting children and families during early developmental stages

Responsibilities

  • Conduct developmental physical therapy evaluations for infants and toddlers
  • Develop individualized IFSP-aligned treatment plans
  • Provide direct early intervention services in natural environments (home and/or community settings)
  • Address gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobility
  • Coach and educate families to support carryover in daily routines
  • Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines
