POSITION SUMMARY: As an Early Intervention evaluator, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work with the evaluation team to determine eligibility for early intervention services, completing standardized testing and developing an individualized family support plan. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing)
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
• Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence

Responsibilities
