Provides comprehensive care services for pediatric ENT patient. The Pediatric Otolaryngologist leads the care team in providing efficient and compassionate care. We are seeking Pediatric ENT Physician to join our team. We welcome an experienced BC practitioner or a new BC/BE graduate. Vital program in an established and growing dynamic fully integrated non-profit healthcare system Thriving multispecialty clinic setting provides pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, ENT, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, surgery, behavioral medicine, pulmonology, hematology/oncology, chronic care, and radiology services. 24x7 hospitalist services provide 116 beds combined among NICU, PICU and pediatric unit Three pediatric urgent care clinics, staffed with pediatricians and pediatric nurses to care for ill children. Responsibilities

Oversees and is accountable for the overall quality of care and clinical outcomes of pediatric ENT patients. This care will be delivered by interdisciplinary team members to assure high quality patient care and outcomes.
Manages the physician/patient relationship, working to assure patient and family satisfaction with care.
Participates in system-wide health management initiatives.
Provides input into the practice site's financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues.
Assists in the development and implementation of pediatric clinical and service standards.
Receives and resolves patient complaints.
Participates in the recruitment and replacement of other providers.
Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops.
Consults with and advises other providers regarding optimal and cost-effective treatment of pediatric patients.
Works to assure patient satisfaction with care.
Participates in team and multispecialty group meetings.
Provides input into the practice site's financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues.
Oversees and is accountable for the overall quality of care and clinical outcomes within the assigned facilities.
Maintain coding and encounter data standards for completeness, accuracy, timeliness and reimbursement level, including legible documentation.
Assists in leading the Advanced Practice Clinicians in delivering appropriate patient education/care
Performs other functions as required
