Specialty: Pediatric Ophthalmology Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location:St. Louis, Mo Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: June 1, 2026 - Sept 1, 2026 Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Shift Schedule: -Mon -Tues -Thurs;Clinic 3 days per week 8a -4pm -OR 1 day - Friday 7a -2pm -Rounding 1 day - NICU (flexible 8a -12p), Plus on -call Wednesday - an sign -off on orthoptics charts Call Schedule: -on -call Wednesday Call Type: Beeper Call Ratio: 1:1 Call Response Time: 15–30 minutes Callback %: 10% Patient Demographics: Pediatrics Patient Volume: 25 per shift Phone Consults: 1 -2 Rounding included: Yes Required to Supervise APPs: Yes Support Staff: 1 PA/NP Beds in the Dept: 4 Trauma Level: I EMR: Epic Other Info: Must be able to complete strabismus Hospital Privileges required: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements
- Active MO License or willing to Obtain MO license
- BC(Pediatrics Ophthalmology)
- Fellowship Trained – Pediatric Ophthalmology
