Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected graduation).
- Oklahoma OTA license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
- Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset .
Nice To Haves
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation using our easy-to-use EMR system .
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
